1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between the Seller (Tina Stuff) and the Buyer (Customer) regarding the sale of handmade jewelry created within therapeutic creative workshops.
1.2. The Tina Stuff online store is a creative project focused on the production of limited edition jewelry, aimed at therapy and supporting the resocialization process. It is not intended for wholesale activities.
1.3. The Buyer acknowledges that all jewelry pieces are unique, handmade, and may slightly vary from product photos due to their individual nature.

2. Orders and Payment Terms

2.1. Orders become binding upon confirmation by the Seller via email.
2.2. Payment Methods:

• Bank Transfer

• PayPal (with a €2 fee)

• Cash on Delivery (only for in-stock products, €4.50)
  2.3. For custom orders, full payment is required in advance, as these are personalized items made according to the Buyer's specifications.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Shipping Options and Fees:

• Slovakia: Slovenská pošta (€3), Packeta (€3.50), Cash on Delivery (€4.50)

• Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania: Packeta (€4.50)

• Europe: Slovenská pošta (€8)

• Outside Europe: Slovenská pošta (approx. €10 – individually calculated)
  3.2. All packages are shipped with tracking numbers.
  3.3. Lost Shipments: If a package is lost during transit, the Seller will file a claim with the carrier. Once resolved, the full amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded to the Buyer.

4. Returns and Repairs

4.1. Returns are possible in the following cases:

• The item was damaged during shipping – the Buyer is entitled to a free repair or exchange.

• Lost package – a refund will be issued after the carrier's claim is resolved.
  4.2. Items cannot be returned in these cases:

• If the Buyer no longer likes the item.

• If the item was damaged due to improper handling (e.g., dropping on a hard surface, exposure to water or chemicals).
  4.3. Repairs:

• If an item is damaged under normal wear and tear (e.g., a loose ring connection), the Buyer can repair it themselves.

• For more serious damages, the Buyer may send the item for repair. Repairs are free of charge, but shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

5. Jewelry Care

5.1. The Buyer is responsible for proper care of the jewelry based on the material.
5.2. Costume Jewelry Components:

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals.

• After wearing, wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth and store it in a dry place.
  5.3. Surgical Steel and Platinum:

• They are durable but should minimize exposure to chemicals to preserve their shine.
  5.4. Tin and Silver:

• Avoid saltwater, chlorine, and cleaning products to prevent oxidation.
  5.5. Minerals and Glass:

• Minerals and glass are fragile – dropping them on a hard surface can cause breakage.

6. Collaborations

6.1. Influencer Collaborations:

• Available only to individuals 18+ as agreements will be made regarding terms and conditions.

• If the conditions are not met, the Seller reserves the right to request reimbursement for the provided products.

• The Seller may refuse collaborations if the offer does not align with the project.
  6.2. Event Collaborations:

• If you would like to invite me to an event, please contact me at least 1 month to 3 weeks in advance to allow adequate preparation of jewelry pieces.

• Please provide the following details:

  • Event date and location

  • Event theme (if relevant)

  • What is provided and what I need to bring

  • Fee for participation

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of processing orders.
7.2. Only necessary data is collected:

• Full Name

• Email Address

• Phone Number (if required for delivery)

• Delivery Address

• Payment Information (bank transfer, PayPal)
  7.3. Data is secured and inaccessible to unauthorized persons.
  7.4. The Buyer has the right to:

• Request deletion of data after order completion.

• Request correction of incorrect data.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. Since Tina Stuff is a therapeutic project within resocialization activities, I do not offer warranties as defined by commercial law.
8.2. Each jewelry piece is a handmade original, so there may be minor variations from product photos.
8.3. These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time, with the latest version being available on the e-shop.
